Returns & exchanges
Being that our items are customized, we do not accept returns. If we made a mistake on your order, we will correct our mistakes at no charge to you.
If we have made a mistake on your order, please contact Ladybugz within 3 days of receiving your item. Defective items must be shipped back to Ladybugz within 14 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
